Each meal includes a vibrant salad and a wholesome main course, carefully designed to meet AIP Phase 1 and anti-inflammatory dietary needs. Perfect for health-conscious foodies seeking convenient, nutrient-dense dining.

Our service is available every Thursday after 2 PM, with meals ready for pickup from our dedicated back porch refrigerator. Choose to order a single meal or multiple meals per week to suit your needs. Starting this fall, enhance your experience with an optional soup add-on. The meal program operates on a monthly subscription basis, with new subscribers charged a prorated amount for their first month. Communication with our sales rep, will allow you to have credits applied to your account for vacation.

We're working to minimize waste and plastic use by providing reusable glass containers. A $26 deposit is required for each container. If a container is broken, you can pay another deposit for a replacement. Return your container on the day you pick up your new weekly meal.
